The President and Mrs. Eisenhower header card "The Eisenhowers" (shown above) hails from the late-1950s and features the hard plastic figures of Dwight D. Eisenhower and Mamie Eisenhower. This item probably retailed for 15 cents in 1958.

Note: there were two versions of the President Eisenhower figure, one with arms up, and one with arms at side. There are also two versions of the General Eisenhower figure from the World War Two Generals series. All four Eisenhower figures were available painted and unpainted as well.
